Vako Tools products are made to order. We do not accept routine returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email jimmy@vakotools.com promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, compatibility, and vacuum requirements before ordering. Please contact us before purchase if you need help choosing the correct VAKO product.
