Shipping policy

Most Vako Tools products are made to order. Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production before shipment unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been produced and handed to the carrier. Tracking information will be sent when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Vako Tools is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address. For shipping questions, email jimmy@vakotools.com.
